Exposing UN Women’s Anti-Male Bias: Reem Alsalem to Visit the UK

Exposing UN Women’s Anti-Male Bias: Reem Alsalem to Visit the UK

Domestic Abuse and Violence International Alliance

January 9, 2024

Reem Alsalem is a Jordanian international human rights advocate. Since August 2021 Alsalem has served as the United Nations Special Rapporteur on violence against women and girls, and is scheduled to visit the UK in early 2024. Alsalem was born in Egypt in 1976, and was educated at the American University in Cairo where she completed a master’s degree in International Relations in 2001. She subsequently graduated from Oxford in 2003 with a Masters degree in Human Rights Law.

In Womansgrid, Alsalem wrote: ‘Women and girls have a right to discuss any subject free of intimidation and threats of violence. This includes issues that are important to them, particularly if they relate to parts of their innate identity, and on which discrimination is prohibited. Holding and expressing views about the scope of rights in society based on sex and gender identity should not be delegitimised, trivialised, or dismissed.’

While most in the West would consider this to be self-evident, the UN Women’s social media posting tends to go in a different direction. Encouragement of women’s rights, activities, and achievements is frequently overshadowed by a thinly-veiled contempt for men. This puts high-minded ideas such as Alsalem’s in the shade of a controversy verging on provocation. It’s almost as if the ‘Special Rapporteur’ had no idea what was being done in her name from the UN’s marketing department.

Alsalem has also written: ‘In some cases, women politicians are sanctioned by their political parties, including through the threat of dismissal or actual dismissal’, an observation which could well be about Rosie Duffield of the UK Labour Party, who had been put under investigation for expressing such views.

Elsewhere, Alsalem has been dismissive of Parental Alienation (PA) as a psychological fact, obstreperous as it no doubt is to her wider mission, describing it as a ‘pseudo-concept.’ DAVIA has revealed,

“Ignoring the science, the UN Special Rapporteur submitted to the Human Rights Council a deeply flawed report, Custody, Violence Against Women and Violence against Children. The document refers to parental alienation as a ‘discredited and unscientific pseudo-concept,’ and recommends that countries should ‘legislate to prohibit the use of parental alienation or related pseudo concepts in family law cases.'”

We can point to numerous articles from John Barry, David Mottershead, Phil Mitchell, Mike Bell, and many more proving beyond doubt the veracity of the so-called ‘pseudo science’ of PA. But as is the way of current discourse, this evidence is dismissed at best, and attacked as biased at worst. The Parental Alienation Study Group said of the Alsalem report: ‘The Special Rapporteur literally had the resources of the whole world available to her to produce a solid report that represents the best of qualitative and quantitative research practices. The Report failed to accomplish that goal, and is deeply flawed.’

Everyone seems to have some skin in the game, and social media rewards entrenched binary positions, making it almost impossible to present mature, adult resolutions. Add to this the unlimited resources provided by VAWG (Violence Against Women and Girls) organisations and by the UN to continually drip their one-way – male-to-female – abuse narratives, and it is left to exasperated voices on Twitter to call out the relentless propaganda. The toxic bias is becoming easier and easier to spot, rewarded as it is by likes and reshares, all apparently without consequence.

In the UK, the case of Sally Challen brought out power-feminists in campaigning for the recently conceptualised ‘Coercive Control’ to become law. Challen had been given life for murder of her husband — reduced to manslaughter following this campaigning — due to his alleged coercive control being seen as a reasonable excuse for his wife’s hammer attack. The couple’s son David, who had turned to campaigning in support of his mother, has since become a media voice for the relentless promotion of coercive control as law.

As is often the case with unintended consequences, coercive control in law has established allegations of domestic abuse as 50/50 at best, going to majority female-incited when coercive control and psychological abuse is taken into account. This view is clearly unacceptable to the power-feminist’s VAWG monopoly.

The victimhood industry — along with the Andrew Malkinson Effect on the False Allegations Industry — continues to tank in terms of the public support and credibility it once enjoyed. Reem Alsalem continuing to freeze out dissenting voices to the biased VAWG narrative, permanently churned out by UN Women for the consumption by the catastrophically impressionable, needs itself to be called out.

Petition to Defund the United Nations

Petition to Defund the United Nations

Organized by the Domestic Abuse and Violence International Alliance[1]

Whereas, the United Nation’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights affirms the “dignity and worth of the human person” and the “equal rights of men and women.”[2]

Whereas, the United Nations has been strongly criticized for ignoring the mass rapes of Israeli women on October 7, 2023.[3]

Whereas, the United Nations is a strong advocate of transgender ideology, which serves to violate the dignity and worth of women.[4]

Whereas, the United Nations has yet to acknowledge the global problem of female abusers or the existence of male victims.[5]

Whereas, the United Nations seeks to weaken the family by promoting controversial comprehensive sexuality education, diminishing parental authority, and seeking to redefine the very concept of “family.”[6]

Whereas, numerous countries have expressed dissatisfaction with the use of pressure tactics to approve controversial UN resolutions.[7]

Whereas, S. 3428 recently was introduced in Congress calling for the United States to disengage from the United Nations.[8]

Whereas, Israeli ambassador Gilad Erdan recently called for the defunding of key UN agencies.[9]

Therefore, the undersigned persons and groups call for nations and donor organizations to suspend their funding of the United Nations until all UN agencies fulfill their pledge to respect the “dignity and worth” of all persons and assure the “equal rights of men and women.”

Arrogant and Corrupt: Presidential Candidates and Others Call for Abolition of U.S. Department of Education

WASHINGTON / November 13, 2023 – Based on revelations of wasteful and ideologically driven policies (1), three Republican presidential candidates are now calling for the abolition of the U.S. Department of Education:

  1. Ron DeSantis: In response to the question, Are you in favor of eliminating any agencies: “We would do education, commerce, energy, and the IRS….With the Department of Education, we reverse all the transgender sports stuff. Women’s sports should be protected.” (2)
  2. Vivek Ramaswamy: “I would shut down the U.S. Department of Education…Do I favor 6-year-olds being educated on sexuality and gender ideology? No, I don’t.” (3)
  3. Donald Trump: “We’re going to end education coming out of Washington, DC. We’re going to close it up – all those buildings all over the place and people that in many cases hate our children. We’re going to send it all back to the states.” (4)

Earlier this year, Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky introduced H.R. 899 that states simply, “The Department of Education shall terminate on December 31, 2023.” (5)

In addition, 55 state lawmakers are now calling to abolish the Department of Education (6).

In September, 59 organizations signed a letter calling for the resignation of Office for Civil Rights director Catherine Lhamon for repeated violations of the U.S. Constitution: Article 1 regarding the legislative powers of Congress, the First Amendment, and the Fourteenth Amendment (7).

During the past month alone, SAVE has identified two instances of serious misconduct by DOE officials:

  1. In 2021 the Department of Education issued a Title IX regulation that disregarded the Administrative Procedure Act requirements for public review and comment (8).
  2. An attorney representing the Department of Education repeatedly made false statements to federal judges in a hearing about its 2021 Title IX regulation (9).

The Department of Education Office for Civil Rights also is seeking to overturn a milestone Supreme Court decision, Davis v. Monroe, which defined “sexual harassment” as actions that are pervasive, severe, and objectively offensive (10). Now, the DOE is attempting to expand the definition of sexual harassment as to dramatically infringe upon free speech rights.

The Heritage Foundation has developed a plan to implement the agency’s abolition. The plan calls for block grants to the states, transfer of selected functions to other federal departments, and a discontinuation of the remaining functions (11).

Federal Transgender Policy Has Turned Nation’s Youth into Unwitting Guinea Pigs

PRESS RELEASE

Federal Transgender Policy Has Turned Nation’s Youth into Unwitting Guinea Pigs

WASHINGTON / October 23, 2023 – About 300,000 American youth ages 13-17 currently identify as transgender. This represents a doubling of their numbers in the past five years (1). These persons are now serving as guinea pigs in a nationwide medical experiment.

These 300,000 youth are undergoing the process of “gender transitioning,” a life-altering transformation that involves three steps (2):

  1. Social Transitioning: Assuming a new name, accepting new gender pronouns, and using bathrooms of the opposite sex.
  2. Medical Transitioning: Taking hormones to create the physical characteristics of the opposite sex, affecting muscle growth, facial hair, and more.
  3. Surgical Transitioning: Undergoing procedures such as breast removal or augmentation, penile inversion vaginoplasty, phalloplasty, hysterectomy, and more.

The safety and effectiveness of these procedures are hotly debated. One recent article, Current Concerns About Gender-Affirming Therapy in Adolescents, concluded that among youth transitioners, “every quality systematic review…has failed to find credible benefits.” (3)

Other studies have reached the opposite conclusion, that gender transitioning can improve a person’s quality of life and mental health, at least in the short run (4).

The obvious way to reconcile these confusing findings would for a child who is considering a gender transition to consult with their personal physician, along with his or her parents, to weigh the pros and cons of the various courses of action.

Unfortunately, school districts in 38 states — AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, RI, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WI, and WY – currently have policies that say school personnel can or should keep a student’s transgender status a secret from the parents. By recent count, 10.7 million students across the country are now attending schools with such policies in place (5).

Obviously, if parents are not informed that their child is contemplating a change of genders, they will not be able to provide counsel, advice, or support. And the child is left to his or her own devices to sort through a welter of contradictory studies to reach a life-altering decision that is truly “informed.”

Later, youth who transition may run away from the family home, placing them at risk of becoming a victim of sex trafficking (6).

Thanks to the Department of Education’s unlawful decision to expand the definition of sex to include “gender identity” – masterminded by DOE officials Suzanne Goldberg and Catherine Lhamon (7) — a Mengelesque medical experiment has been unleashed across the land (8).

And innocent children and youth are serving as its unwitting guinea pigs.

LGBTQ Advocates Push Back Against Biden Title IX Plan

PRESS RELEASE

LGBTQ Advocates Push Back Against Biden Title IX Plan

WASHINGTON / October 2, 2023 – The Biden Department of Education is expected to miss its self-imposed October deadline to issue a new Title IX regulation (1). The proposal has faced stiff opposition from lawmakers, state attorneys general, and presidential candidates (2).

Now, a growing number of LGBTQ advocates are criticizing the plan, as well:

LGBTQ Activists: Leading LGBTQ advocate Alejandra Caraballo complained, “Honestly, this move by Biden to push a rule on trans kids in sports is not only a backwards betrayal, it forces us to have to spend our time dealing with sports instead of criminal bans on our healthcare.” (3)

Gays Against Groomers: Sporting 17 chapters nationwide, Gays Against Groomers has become a strong voice of opposition to the Biden plan (4). At a September 21 SAVE press conference, Brady Oehler, leader of the group’s D.C. chapter, explained, “Gays Against Groomers does not advocate against adults who have gender dysphoria, but advocates for the protection of children, and to be a voice for the voiceless…If you truly care and want to support those that need guidance, you will not take our youth and use them to push a gender ideology.” (5)

Expert Witness: The most detailed criticism was voiced by Dr. Erica E. Anderson, a psychologist and transgender woman. Testifying in a recent lawsuit before the US District Court of Southern California, Anderson explained:

“A child or adolescent who exhibits a desire to change name and pronouns should receive a careful professional assessment prior to transitioning…Parental involvement is necessary to obtain professional assistance for a child or adolescent experiencing gender incongruence.”

Anderson concluded, “a social transition represents one of the most difficult psychological changes a person can experience. [And] embarking upon a social transition based solely upon the self-attestation of the youth without consultation with parents and appropriate professionals is unwise.”

Apparently swayed by this testimony, Judge Roger Benitez ruled on September 14 against the parental secrecy policy of the Escondido Union School District (6).

Detransitioners: Detransitioners are speaking out against gender dysphoria treatments for minors, as well (7). At a recent Congressional hearing, Chloe Cole described the gender transitioning of youth as “one of the biggest medical scandals in the history of the United States of America,” and issued a heart-felt plea to lawmakers to “bring the scandal to an end.” (8)

These developments have compelled 59 organizations to call for the resignation of DOE Office for Civil Rights director Catherine Lhamon (9).

The recent rise of the movement to promote gender transitioning can be attributed to a nihilistic philosophy known as“anti-humanism.” Proponent Patricia MacCormack explains, “The death of the human species is the most life-affirming event that could liberate the natural world from oppression.” (10)

Over a decade ago, anti-humanism began to infiltrate Leftist ideology, particularly the environmental movement (11). Anti-humanism is now evident in radical proposals to decimate livestock and curtail agricultural production (12).

Now, anti-humanism is targeting vulnerable children and youth so they no longer have the capacity to reproduce.

59 Groups Call for Assistant Education Secretary Catherine Lhamon to Resign for Violating Oath of Office

PRESS RELEASE

59 Groups Call for Assistant Education Secretary Catherine Lhamon to Resign for Violating Oath of Office

WASHINGTON / September 21, 2023 – Fifty-nine organizations today are calling for the resignation of Assistant Education Secretary Catherine Lhamon for repeated violations of her Oath of Office. The Statement was released at a press conference held today in Washington, DC.

When Lhamon became a federal employee, she took this Oath of Office: “I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same.”

Unfortunately, in the process of developing a new Title IX regulation (1), Lhamon has broken three key provisions of the U.S. Constitution:

  1. Article 1, Section 1: Authorization of Congress to exercise “All legislative Powers.”

Congress passed Title IX in 1972 with the understanding that Title IX was designed to apply to the male and female sexes (2). Title IX was not intended to include protections on the basis of gender identity. Lhamon’s proposed Title IX regulation would change the definition of “sex,” representing a dramatic usurpation of Congressional authority.

  1. First Amendment: “Congress shall make no law…abridging the freedom of speech.”

In Davis v. Monroe County Board of Education, the Supreme Court defined sexual harassment as conduct that is “severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive.” (3)

But the Department of Education’s proposed regulation rejects the Supreme Court’s definition of sexual harassment, proposing that speech would only need to be “pervasive” or “severe” to violate Title IX. One federal court has ruled such a definition to be “staggeringly broad.” (4)

  1. Fourteenth Amendment: No State shall “deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.”

Dozens of federal courts have affirmed a series of due process rights for college students, including the rights to an impartial investigation, elimination of pro-complainant bias, notice to the accused, cross examination, access to evidence, and evaluation of evidence (5).

But Lhamon’s proposed regulation would severely weaken or eliminate the following due process protections for students accused of a Title IX infraction:

  • Independent and impartial investigations
  • Unrestricted access to evidence
  • Right to a live hearing and cross-examination

For these reasons, 59 organizations have endorsed a Statement calling for Lhamon’s immediate resignation from office (6).

In the Face of Overwhelming Opposition, DOE Backs Away from Controversial Title IX Plan

PRESS RELEASE

Rebecca Hain: 513-479-3335

Email: info@saveservices.org

In the Face of Overwhelming Opposition, DOE Backs Away from Controversial Title IX Plan

WASHINGTON / August 31, 2023 – Responding to growing criticisms from many sectors of society, the U.S. Department of Education (DOE) reportedly is delaying the release of its controversial Title IX regulation until 2024 or later. A Higher Ed Dive article confirmed that the DOE “hasn’t even sent its regulatory plans to the Office of Management and Budget, which can take up to 120 days to review them.” (1)

The Title IX regulation would have had far-reaching effects on campus due process, free speech, women’s sports, parental rights, and gender transitioning among underage students.

Opposition to the policy has come from many directions:

Public Opinion Polls: Public opinion polls have consistently shown that most Americans oppose the proposed changes to Title IX, the law that was enacted to curb sex discrimination in schools (2). A recent NPR/Ipsos poll reports that 63% of Americans oppose allowing biological males to compete on women’s and girls’ sports teams (3).

Lawsuits Against the DOE: On June 14, 2023 the Texas Attorney General filed a lawsuit challenging the Department of Education’s Title IX guidance as an illegal effort to force schools to adopt transgender ideology (4). The Texas lawsuit was the fifth such lawsuit filed against the Biden Administration for its Title IX-related proposals (5).

Calls for Abolition: Republican presidential candidates Ron DeSantis, Mike Pence, Vivek Ramaswany, and Tim Scott have issued calls for the abolition of the DOE (6). Forty-seven state lawmakers have made similar calls (6).

Criticism from Liberals: The liberal Gays Against Groomers has been one of the most vocal critics of the transgender movement. On August 22, Gays Against Groomers posted a tweet saying, “Norway, Finland, Sweden, Holland and the UK have now BANNED gender transition surgeries and drugs for minors. WHEN WILL THE UNITED STATES CATCH UP?!” (7)

Legislation: Numerous bills were introduced and laws enacted to counter the effects of the proposed Title IX regulation:

  • Thus far, 134 bills designed to restrict transgender treatments for underage children have been introduced in states around the country (8).
  • Laws designed to protect women’s sports were enacted in Alabama, Kansas, North Carolina, North Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming (9).
  • On June 16, Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey signed a bill to codify parental rights as fundamental, making Alabama the 18th state in the nation to formalize this protection (10).

Due Process Victories: Falsely accused male students continue to win due process lawsuits against their former universities (11). On August 22, an Oregon jury awarded the largest jury verdict ever — nearly $4 million — to a man wrongfully accused of a Title IX offense (12).

The proposed Title IX regulation re-defined the meaning of the Constitution, especially the First and Fourteenth Amendments; usurped Congressional responsibility by seeking to change the definition of sex to include “gender identity;” and negated the Supreme Court’s Davis v. Monroe definition of sexual harassment (13).

Currently, 217 national, state, and local groups belong to the Title IX Network, which stands in principled opposition to the DOE’s proposed changes to the Title IX law (14). Organizations wishing to join the Title IX Network should contact Robert Thompson at rthompson@saveservices.org

68 Groups Endorse Appropriations Plan to Trim Controversial Title IX Provisions from Department of Education

PRESS RELEASE

Rebecca Hain: 513-479-3335

68 Groups Endorse Appropriations Plan to Trim Controversial Title IX Provisions from Department of Education

WASHINGTON / July 25, 2023 – A coalition of 68 organizations is sending a letter today to House Speaker Kevin McCarthy that endorses important provisions related to the federal Department of Education, as enumerated in the FY2024 Appropriations Bill for Labor-HHS-Education.

The 68 organizations are all members of the Title IX Network, which was formed in July 2022 in opposition to the Biden administration’s proposed Title IX regulations (1).

The Department of Education’s proposed Title IX regulations, which are scheduled to be released in October, would change the definition of “sex” to include “gender Identity.”  The proposed regulations also would harm women’s sports, promote gender transitioning among young children without parental consent, infringe on free speech, and remove due process protections for men who have been falsely accused.

As explained in the letter, the 68 organizations support key provisions that were approved by the House Appropriations sub-committee in its FY2024 Appropriations bill (2):

  1. Section 244: Prohibits the implementation of Biden’s Executive Order on “Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation.”
  2. Section 311: Prohibits the Department of Education from implementing the proposed Title IX regulations that were issued in July of 2022 and in April of 2023.

Five Presidential Contenders Have Called for Abolition of the U.S. Department of Education

WASHINGTON / July 18, 2023 – The U.S. Department of Education has introduced two proposed Title IX regulations in the past year (1,2) that would expand the definition of sex to include “gender identity,” a change that would have far-reaching effects on students, families, and women’s sports. The proposals also would serve to revamp the meaning of the Constitution, especially its provisions regarding free speech (First Amendment) and due process (Fourteenth Amendment).

In response, five current or previous Republican presidential contenders, listed below in alphabetical order, have called for the abolition of the Department of Education (3):

  1. Ron DeSantis: In response to the question, Are you in favor of eliminating any agencies: “We would do education, commerce, energy, and the IRS….With the Department of Education, we reverse all the transgender sports stuff. Women’s sports should be protected.”
  2. Mike Pence: “Eliminate the U.S. Department of Education and convert some of its current budget to grants to states and localities, providing maximum flexibility in how to deploy federal dollars.”
  3. Mike Pompeo: Asked by commentator John Stossel, “Should America abolish the Department of Education?” Pompeo replied, “Yes, you should get rid of it.” (Pompeo subsequently announced his decision to not run as a presidential candidate).
  4. Vivek Ramaswamy: “I would shut down the U.S. Department of Education…Do I favor 6-year-olds being educated on sexuality and gender ideology? No, I don’t.”
  5. Tim Scott: “The federal government has absolutely no role in our education system whatsoever. So let’s get them out and let’s abolish the Department of Education.”

Four other persons, discussed in media accounts as possible presidential candidates, have called for major changes to Title IX-related education policies (3):

  1. Nikki Haley: “When I was in school you didn’t have sex ed until seventh grade. And even then, your parents had to sign whether you could take the class. That’s a decision for parents to make.”
  2. Kristi Noem: “The [South Dakota] Board of Regents should remove all references to preferred pronouns in all school materials…Students should have the ability to exercise their right to free speech.” “Our universities should not be hosting and/or promoting drag shows…Just as other dangerous theories have been allowed to thrive on college campuses, gender theory has been rebranded and accepted as truth across the nation.” (Noem subsequently announced her decision to not run as a presidential candidate).
  3. Donald Trump: “On Day One, I will revoke Joe Biden’s cruel policies on so-called ‘gender-affirming care,’…we will promote positive education about the nuclear family…I will ask Congress to pass a bill establishing that the only genders recognized by the U.S. government are male and female…the bill will also make clear that Title IX prohibits men from participating in women’s sports.”
  4. Glenn Youngkin: “Political indoctrination has no place in our classrooms….Inherently divisive concepts, like Critical Race Theory and its progeny, instruct students to only view life through the lens of race and presumes that some students are consciously or unconsciously racist, sexist, or oppressive, and that other students are victims.” (Youngkin subsequently announced his decision to not run as a presidential candidate).

State lawmakers in Alabama, Delaware, Idaho, Missouri, New Hampshire, South Carolina, and Tennessee also have gone on record to abolish the federal Department of Education (3).

In addition, former Department of Education Secretary Betsy DeVos has stated, “I personally think the Department of Education should not exist.” (4)

All persons are invited to sign the petition, “Tell the Dept. of Education to Stop Its Radical Title IX Plan:” https://www.change.org/p/tell-the-dept-of-education-to-stop-its-radical-title-ix-plan

Note: This press release was updated to clarify that Mike Pompeo, Kristi Noem, and Glenn Youngkin later announced their decision to not run for president.

U.S. Department of Education: The New ‘Evil Empire’?

PRESS RELEASE

U.S. Department of Education: The New ‘Evil Empire’?

WASHINGTON / July 5, 2023 – The Constitution defines the authorities and roles of the judicial, legislative, and executive branches of government as having co-equal powers (1). But in the past two years, the U.S. Department of Education (DOE) has repeatedly ignored this bedrock principle:

  1. In its proposed Title IX regulation, re-wrote the meaning of the First and Fourteenth Amendments, to the severe detriment of free speech and due process (2).
  2. Proposed to expand the definition of sex to include “gender identity,” thereby usurping the responsibility of Congress to exercise “All legislative Powers.”
  3. Overhauled the definition of sexual harassment:
    • Supreme Court Davis v. Monroe: Actions that are “so severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive, and that so undermines and detracts from the victims’ educational experience.” (3)
    • New definition on the DOE website: “Sexual harassment is unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature.” (4)

Now, the Department of Education has gone beyond trampling on the authority of the Constitution, Congress, and the Supreme Court. Following release of its controversial Title IX proposal in 2022, the DOE has aggressively promoted the transgender agenda, which has had the effect of:

  1. Weakening the authority of parents: “Teachers know what is best for their kids because they are with them every day.” – DOE Secy. Miguel Cardona, May 19, 2023 (5).
  2. Promoting harmful and irreversible “gender transitioning” among under-age children, often without parental knowledge or consent (6).
  3. Enabling violent attacks and bomb threats by transgender activists (7), including the March 27 attack at Covenant School in Nashville that killed six children and staff members.

During the month of June, the DOE issued eight tweets in support of Pride Month (8).  The June 1 tweet went far beyond DOE’s Congressionally mandated authority by offering this sweeping endorsement: “Our message to LGBTQI+ students, teachers, and staff as we begin #PrideMonth: ED has got your back.” (9)

Accordingly, at the annual Drag March in New York City, hundreds of drag performers chanted, “We’re here. We’re queer. We’re coming for your children.” (10) In response, pundits referred to the marchers as “demonic” and “evil.” (11) The liberal-leaning Gays Against Groomers reached a similar conclusion about persons who might say a child was born in the wrong body: “And telling them otherwise is EVIL.” (12)

Not surprisingly, five Republican presidential candidates are now calling for the abolition of the Department of Education (13):

  3. Mike Pompeo: Asked by commentator John Stossel, “Should America abolish the Department of Education?” Pompeo replied, “Yes, you should get rid of it.”

Lawmakers are urged to institute appropriate responses to curtail the illegal actions of the U.S. Department of Education.
