Women’s Sports and Bathroom Privacy
Biological males enjoy numerous physical advantages over biological females in athletic events. This contradicts the whole purpose of Title IX, which is to assure fairness for all students regardless of sex. For this reason, a SAVE opinion poll found that 71% of Americans oppose allowing transgender athletes to participate in women’s sports.
Unfortunately, the U.S. Department of Education has been promoting a transgender agenda for years:

- 2016 Dear Colleague Letter on Transgender Students
- On April 6, 2023, the Department of Education issued a draft Title IX rule that would prevent states from categorically banning transgender students from competing in women’s sports.
