TITLE IX NETWORK: LEADING THE CHARGE
The Biden Title IX regulation sought to accomplish a sweeping transformation of America’s schools, families, and even the meaning of the Constitution. Fortunately, the Biden regulation was overturned in January 2025 by a nationwide vacatur decision by federal Judge Danny Reeves, and by three Trump Executive Orders:
- January 20: Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government
- January 28: Protecting Children From Chemical and Surgical Mutilation
- January 29: Ending Radical Indoctrination in K-12 Schooling
The Department of Education’s return to the 2020 regulation was confirmed in this February 4 letter.
