- November: Assure VAWA Accreditation of Education Programs. Success: Sen. Leahy removed a provision from his draft VAWA reauthorization bill that would have required a 51% evidence standard for college rape cases.
- December: Verizon: Naughty or Nice? Success: The Verizon Foundation removed its biased Monsters video.
