By National Alliance to End Domestic Abuse

April 30, 2012

Some of the most overlooked and forgotten victims of domestic violence are the “hidden” victims, the children. This webinar provides the service provider (law enforcement, social services, etc.) with a deeper understanding of the obstacles, behaviors, investigation tips and safety plans needed for a successful interview and intervention with children.

Our Presenter:

Lt. Mark Wynn, a twenty year veteran of the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, who served as Lieutenant to the Domestic Violence Division and is recipient of 121 commendations and 51 awards and certificates, helps our audience of domestic violence professionals and law enforcement see new ways of working together. Mr. Wynn was selected as one of the top ten Police Officers in the United States by the International Association of Chiefs of Police. He is a much sought after speaker and has made national appearances on Oprah, PBS-Bill Moyers, Dateline, NBC and CBS evening news programs.
