Thanks to United Way
SAFEHOME would like to thank the United Way of Greater Kansas City and all of the generous individuals who donated personal care and hygiene items to the United We Care drive for domestic violence and homeless shelters.
Thanks to this drive, SAFEHOME was able to re-stock its shelves with products and supplies for the more than 50 women and children we shelter each night. This outpouring of community support helps SAFEHOME, the only domestic violence shelter in Johnson County, stretch its resources as it assists victims of domestic abuse and their children to build new lives without violence.
